General Handyman

Every house has a to-do list that never gets done because it needs three different tools and two different trips to Home Depot. That is exactly what we solve. We show up with a fully stocked van and knock out five or ten small tasks in a single visit.

Typical jobs: mount shelves and floating bookcases, install curtain rods and blinds, patch drywall nail holes and small dings, hang mirrors and artwork, swap light fixtures and ceiling fans, install baby gates and cabinet locks, fix loose door handles, touch up paint.

Licensed, insured, background-checked. We work on houses, condos, apartments, short-term rentals, and commercial spaces. If you can write it on a sticky note, we can probably do it.

What is the minimum handyman visit?
One-hour minimum at $149, which covers most 2–4 small tasks like hanging shelves, mounting a mirror, and patching a few nail holes. Larger jobs are quoted flat.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — fully licensed and insured for handyman work in California. We carry general liability insurance and can provide a certificate of insurance on request for HOA or building management.
Do you work in condos and apartments with HOAs?
Yes. We do dozens of jobs per month in managed buildings across downtown San Diego, La Jolla, coastal OC, and Riverside HOAs. We follow quiet hours, use drop cloths, and can provide COI to your building office.
